WeCare is actively seeking a motivated HR / Recruiting Assistant for our Pennsylvania community! We are looking for someone to be a generalist to assist our human resource and recruiting department with multiple of our long term care facilities!
Job Description:
·Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
·Assist with ATS system tracking
·Communicate with candidates
·Assist with payroll
·Assist with retention
·Assist with general HR duties
·Assist new hire onboarding
·Assist with other duties as assigned
·Local PA travel to facilities
Shift:
Full – Time

·Previous General Human Resource Experience
·Previous General Recruiting Experience
·Previous General Payroll Experience
